A fragrance-free shave cream built for faces, necks, underarms, chest, scalp, legs and external bikini or pubic-line grooming . SoftTouch Sensitive combines a dense tallow-and-butter cushion , castor-powered razor lubrication , squalane + hemisqualane glide and a water-rich comfort system of panthenol, allantoin, beta-glucan, aloe and glycerin .

The formula is dense on purpose. The open jar, razor and brush tell the entire story: substantial cream between skin and steel.
The formula changed for a reason.
No fragrance swap. No “gentle” marketing trick. The shave architecture was rebuilt around sensitive-skin performance while protecting the dense SoftTouch texture.

SoftTouch is not an airy foam. It is a structured shave cream designed to stay between the razor and damp skin while you finish the pass.
Dense — not airy
SoftTouch is designed to remain visible on skin instead of collapsing into disappearing bubbles.
Water-activated
Damp skin gives the concentrated cream the movement it needs without sacrificing cushion.
Repeated-pass support
Re-wet and reapply before another pass rather than dragging a razor over exposed skin.
Brush optional
Apply directly with clean fingertips or use a clean shave brush when you want the traditional ritual.
Nothing added just to make shaving smell expensive.
Luxury does not require perfume. For sensitive skin, restraint can be the better formulation decision.
SoftTouch Sensitive contains no added fragrance and no essential oils . A faint natural raw-material aroma may occasionally be present because tallow, butters and botanical oils are real materials. That is not perfume — and it is not something we intend to hide by adding one.
Finger application or full ritual.
SoftTouch does not require a brush to perform. Apply directly with clean fingertips for control, or bring in the brush and safety razor when the ritual is part of the pleasure.
Sensitive was not treated like a downgrade.
Fragrance removed completely
No essential-oil accord. No masking fragrance. No perfume layer competing with freshly shaved skin.
Jojoba removed
Glide is rebuilt through Castor Oil, Squalane, Hemisqualane and Grapeseed Oil.
Structure strengthened
Glyceryl Stearate SE, Cetearyl Alcohol, BTMS-25, Cetyl Alcohol and Stearic Acid build the cream body and shaving cushion.
Comfort stayed central
Aloe, Glycerin, Panthenol, Allantoin and Beta-Glucan remain focused on the feel of skin during and after the shave.
One customer changed the direction.
SoftTouch Sensitive was refined through direct field feedback from a long-term SoftTouch customer with fragrance and jojoba sensitivities, whose experience helped redefine the formula.
Sensitive skin has more than one address.
Different areas have different hair density, skin thickness, direction of growth and friction. Use the same cream — change the technique.
Face
Cheeks, chin, upper lip and jawline where repeated passes can create drag and post-shave discomfort.
Neck
Map hair direction before shaving. Neck growth often changes direction within a very small area.
Underarms
Use light pressure and watch the grain carefully because underarm hair commonly grows in several directions.
External Bikini + Pubic Line
For external hair-bearing skin only. Trim longer hair first and avoid aggressive repeated passes.
Chest + Torso
Work in sections so the cream stays moist rather than coating the entire area and letting it dry.
Scalp + Head
Work deliberately around contours with a sharp razor, damp skin and minimal pressure.
Legs
Keep each working area hydrated and rinse the razor frequently rather than forcing a loaded blade.
Beard + Detail Lines
Use a controlled layer around beard edges, sideburns and detail work where visibility matters.
Prep changes the shave.
- Soften the hair. Shave after a warm shower or hold a warm wet cloth over the area for several minutes.
- Clean without stripping. Remove sweat, deodorant, excess oil and surface debris with a gentle cleanser.
- Trim longer hair first. Especially on the chest, underarms, scalp or external pubic area.
- Know the grain. Feel the direction of growth before the first pass.
- Keep skin damp. SoftTouch is designed to work with water. Do not begin on completely dry skin.
The cream should still be there when the blade arrives.
Do not rub SoftTouch into invisibility like moisturizer. You want a visible, hydrated layer through the shaving pass.
A useful starting point is approximately one small fingertip scoop for each cheek, one for each side of the neck, and another for the upper lip + chin.
For larger body areas, use enough that the cream remains visible, moist and slippery until that section is finished.
Face + Neck — Recommended Method
- Warm the skin and facial hair with a shower or warm wet cloth.
- Apply SoftTouch to damp skin using clean fingertips or a clean shave brush.
- Leave the cream opaque enough to see.
- Begin with the direction of hair growth using light pressure and short strokes.
- Rinse the razor frequently. SoftTouch is intentionally dense.
- For another pass, wet the area and apply fresh cream first.
- On the neck, follow actual hair direction rather than automatically shaving upward.
- Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.
Underarms — Recommended Method
- Wash away deodorant and surface residue.
- Warm and wet the skin thoroughly.
- Apply an opaque layer of SoftTouch.
- Raise the arm enough to create a workable surface without aggressively pulling the skin.
- Use short, light passes and observe changes in hair direction.
- Rinse the blade frequently.
- Rinse the area and pat dry.
External Bikini + Pubic Line — Recommended Method
For external hair-bearing skin only. Do not apply internally or directly to mucosal/genital tissue.
- Trim long hair first.
- Use warm water to soften coarse hair.
- Apply SoftTouch generously to damp external skin.
- Begin with the direction of growth.
- Use minimal pressure and avoid repeated scraping of the same spot.
- Before another pass, rinse, re-wet and reapply.
- Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.
- Do not shave directly over open cuts or visibly inflamed skin.
Chest + Body — Recommended Method
- Trim longer body hair first.
- Work in smaller sections.
- Apply SoftTouch to damp skin.
- Use light pressure and controlled strokes.
- Reapply before any additional pass.
- Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.
Scalp + Head — Recommended Method
- Warm the scalp and soften stubble.
- Apply SoftTouch in manageable sections.
- Use a sharp razor and minimal pressure.
- Follow scalp contours without pressing into the skin.
- Rinse the blade frequently.
- Reapply cream before another pass.
Do less to freshly shaved skin.
Rinse completely
Remove cream and clipped hair thoroughly with comfortable-temperature water.
Pat. Don’t scrub.
Gently pat with a clean towel rather than aggressively rubbing freshly shaved skin.
Keep fragrance away
If your skin is reactive, avoid immediately layering heavily fragranced products over the shaved area.
Moisturize if needed
Follow with a compatible moisturizer when your skin wants additional hydration or comfort.
The prototype had to earn its place.
The current direction was evaluated through repeated real-world shaving before the decision was made to move SoftTouch toward the sensitive-skin formula as its new standard.
Development observations describe individual prototype testing and are not a guarantee of identical results for every user.
